Everyone is always extremely polite. When it comes to dentistry and getting any tooth work done they are extremely courteous and patient, always ensuring that the patient is not feeling any pain. All my prior dentistry experience was with the Navy, where the patient is a training tool for the hygienist.

Being a nervous dental patient, I am always hesitant about visits, but both Dr. Hopper and Dr. El-Maasri go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and calm. I have always had nothing but pleasant experiences here with all of the hygienists as well!

You could not find a better dentist than Dr. El-Maasri, or a better dental office than Rocklin Smiles! Their service and care is exceptional; I have been in for cleanings, fillings, whitening, and a crown, and each experience has been easy and problem-free. Dr. El-Maasri always takes the time to answer questions and fully explain things to me, and her compassionate nature and skill make me feel at ease; she even calls me after I've had a procedure to make sure I am doing okay! The assistants also continually go above and beyond to make sure I am taken well care of and am comfortable, and the front office staff is always welcoming and helpful. I have recommended this office to my family and friends and will continue to do so!

I still cannot believe I have found this office after many years of terrible dental work preformed by multiple offices. Dr. El-Maasri is one of a kind! She is gentle and makes sure you are comfortable your whole entire visit. Everyone in the office seems to truly care about you as a person. I have had everything from an emergency visit to general cleaning and fillings.

This office is excellent !!! Even though I have had a bad dental experience as a child Dr El-Maasri is excellent and makes it easy for me to see a dentist again. She is so gentle and caring and her dentistry is beautiful. The staff is so kind and friendly, always welcoming me with a bottle of water in the beginning and a warm towel in the end of the appointment. I highly recommend Rocklin Smiles !!!

New to California??? I just moved out here from the mid-west and I now know the reasons why this office was recommended to me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted promptly, with a smile and made to feel important. The doctors made it easy to understand what needed to be done and how we needed to approach the steps to creating my better smile. I've finished my first phase of work and eagerly anticipate more to come in the future. From both doctors El-Maasri and Hopper, assistants and clerical staff, they all acted as true professionals and were as personable as life-long friends. The whole experience gave me the feel of being at my home town office and I will definitely be back.
